SJC Named Official Magazine Partner of Canada Soccer and the Canadian Premier League

Partnership connects SJC audiences and soccer fans through storytelling, audience engagement and soccer experiences ahead of massive summer of soccer in Canada

Canada Soccer and Canadian Soccer Media & Entertainment (CSME) today announced SJC as the Official Magazine Partner of Canada Soccer, the Canadian Premier League and Canada Soccer House Toronto.

The partnership brings together some of Canada’s most influential media brands with two of its leading soccer stakeholders — including the sport’s national governing body and the men’s domestic league — at a landmark moment for soccer as the country prepares to co-host FIFA World Cup 2026™.

“We’re pleased to partner with SJC at a time when soccer is becoming an even bigger part of Canada’s cultural conversation. This collaboration will help bring supporters closer to the game while introducing new audiences to the passion and energy surrounding soccer in Canada.”

-Dominic Martin, Director, Marketing, Canada Soccer

The partnership will create opportunities throughout the year for SJC Media audiences and soccer fans to engage with Canada Soccer and the Canadian Premier League through content and experiences.

Members of TL Insider, Toronto Life’s exclusive membership community, will receive opportunities to engage with Canada Soccer House Toronto, the official fan destination of Canada Soccer during the FIFA World Cup 2026™, and other fan experiences connected to the sport. Canada Soccer House Toronto will serve as a gathering place for fans throughout the FIFA World Cup 2026™, bringing together supporters, partners, media, and the broader community to celebrate the world’s biggest sporting event in the heart of the city.

The collaboration will help introduce Canada Soccer, the Canadian Premier League and SJC Media brands to new audiences across digital, social, print, and streaming platforms.

“We’re excited to welcome SJC as a partner at such an important time for soccer in Canada. SJC brings a unique ability to connect with audiences at both the local and national level during a period of growing momentum and excitement for the sport across the country.”

-Michael Beckerman, Chief Commercial Officer, Canadian Soccer Media & Entertainment

Soccer fans can also expect content from SJC Media brands capturing the people, stories, experiences, and cultural moments shaping soccer in Canada during this exciting time for the sport.

“It’s incredibly exciting to partner with Canada Soccer and the Canadian Premier League during such a major cultural moment for the country. The partnership creates unique opportunities to engage soccer fans with our brands while bringing our audiences closer to the people, energy and experiences shaping soccer culture in Canada.”

-Marta Tsimicalis, Director, Communications & Partnerships, SJC
