Ottawa, Ontario – Canadian Women’s World Cup Team Head Coach Even Pellerud today announced his 18-player roster for the two international friendlies against Nigeria in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The team will meet in Spartanburg on Tuesday, April 15 and will play their first game against Nigeria at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 18th. The second game will be played on Sunday, April 20th at 1:00 p.m.



Sixteen of the 18 players named to the roster were with Pellerud at the Algarve Cup. Defender Clare Rustad has been added to the squad along with goalkeeper Taryn Swiatek.
