The Concacaf Women's U-17 Championship winners the United States and runner-ups Mexico qualified for the 2024 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup. Canada finished third in the tournament with three wins and two losses, scoring a total of 15 goals.

Of note after this tournament, captain Annabelle Chukwu now ranks second behind only Christine Sinclair on Canada's all-time list of international youth goalscorers (25, two behind Sinclair's record of 27).
