    "body": "<p>Canada&rsquo;s four professional clubs &ndash; Toronto FC, Vancouver Whitecaps FC, FC Edmonton and Impact Montr&eacute;al, are set to do battle for the Voyageurs Cup and the right to represent Canada in the 2013-2014 CONCACAF Champions League.</p><p>The opening-night action will feature both semi-finals getting underway live on all four Sportsnet regional channels with four-time defending champions Toronto FC hosting Impact Montr&eacute;al at BMO Field in Toronto (19.45 ET / 16.45 PT); and FC Edmonton hosting Vancouver Whitecaps FC at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton (19.45 local; 21.45 ET / 18.45 PT).</p><p>The semi-finals will be contested over two legs (home-and-away, away goals rule in effect) to set-up the Amway Canadian Championship final, also to be played over two matches, on 15 and 29 May.</p><p>The winner of the 2013 Amway Canadian Championship will go on to be Canada&rsquo;s lone representative in the CONCACAF Champions League.</p><p>&ldquo;Amway Canada is proud to once again be the title sponsor for the Amway Canadian Championship,&rdquo; Lydia Ayora, Amway Canada&rsquo;s Country Manager explained. &ldquo;As title sponsor since the inception of the Championship, we are excited for the start of the 2013 competition and are looking forward to being a part of every exciting moment.&rdquo;</p><p>All matches in the 2013 Amway Canadian Championship will be broadcast live in Canada on Sportsnet.<br>\u200bFans can follow additional coverage of the competition on the official tournament web-site at <a href=\"https://canadasoccer.com/championship\">migmultidev-canada-soccer.pantheonsite.io/championship</a>. Highlights from all matches will be available on CanadaSoccerTV.</p><p>The 2013 edition of the tournament features 27 eligible Canadian players; six of those players have already been called into action for Canada&rsquo;s Men&rsquo;s National Team.</p><p>Seeding for the 2013 semi-final match-ups was determined by the final league positions (MLS, NASL) of teams from the 2012 season.
