Québec Club Licensing Program Update - October 2026

"We are pleased to recognize this latest group of Soccer Québec clubs for achieving the Standards for Quality Soccer, Member Association Level 1, and Member Association Level 2, and National Youth Licence stages of the Canada Soccer Club Licensing Program. Their achievements represent another important step forward in the continued growth and development of soccer across Québec and demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement at the club level. These clubs have demonstrated a clear commitment to strong governance, quality technical delivery, and creating positive soccer environments for participants. Their ongoing efforts to strengthen their organizations and improve the experiences they provide will have a lasting impact on the development of soccer within their communities. Alongside the clubs already licensed through the program, these organizations are demonstrating leadership within Québec by providing safe, welcoming, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate soccer experiences. Their continued commitment to raising standards and creating meaningful opportunities for players, coaches, referees, and volunteers reflects the values at the heart of the Canada Soccer Club Licencing Program. Canada Soccer extends its appreciation to Soccer Québec for its continued collaboration, leadership, and support in advancing the Club Licencing Program across the province, and to all licensed clubs for their ongoing dedication to elevating the quality and consistency of soccer experiences for participants across Québec and Canada."
