Marie-Soleil Beaudoin appointed to FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Jordan 2016

Marie-Soleil Beaudoin has been appointed as a referee to the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Jordan 2016. She is one of 17 women’s referees and 28 women’s assistant referees from 33 different countries that will take charge of the matches.

This marks Beaudoin’s first assignment to a FIFA final competition. She will serve as the referee for the opening match on 30 September at Amman International Stadium (host Jordan v Spain).

The FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Jordan 2016 will take place in Amman, Irbid and Al Zarqa between 30 September and 21 October 2016. The final will be played on 21 October in Amman International Stadium.

Beaudoin has been on the Canada Soccer list of officials since 2013 and the FIFA international list of officials since 2014. She has previously served as an official at the CONCACAF Women’s Under-20 Championship (2014 and 2015), the CONCACAF Girls’ Under-15 Championship (2013), and the Pan American Games (2015).
