Leah Revelle to represent Canada Soccer at FIFAe FAMEHERGAME Bootcamp in Zurich

FAMEHERGAME aims to increase visibility, build grassroots opportunities and create a safe space for women competing in the FIFAe ecosystem.

Leah Revelle will be the first Women’s eSports representative for Canada Soccer, and is an avid FIFA player, Twitch Partner & FIFA eSports Commentator. Leah will travel to Zurich in June to represent Canada Soccer in the first ever FIFAe FAMEHERGAME Bootcamp. Leah is one of the FIFA community’s rising stars in North America, and has previously represented organizations such as Portland Thorns and FUTWIZ.

The FAMEHERGAME Bootcamp in June will give some of the best women’s FIFA players a chance to learn, meet and compete against each other. Throughout the course of the FAMEHERGAME Bootcamp, there will be sessions and workshops on Anti Cyber Bullying and Online Safety, Content Creation, Media Training, Peak Performance, and Coaching. The 3 day event will culminate in a final tournament where the best two competitors will win an all-inclusive trip to the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ in Australia and New Zealand later this year. The Group Stage of the competition begins on Thursday 15 July with the knockout rounds the following day, Friday 16 July. The competition will be held using the PlayStation 5 version of FIFA23 Ultimate Team. The knockout rounds will be broadcast on Twitch.tv/FIFAe beginning at 7:30AM ET / 4:30AM PT

To foster the growth of the community, FIFAe is establishing the FAMEHERGAME Discord channel. Through this Discord, women players will be able to connect with each other in a safe online space.
