After suffering through several days of rain earlier in the camp, Canada has enjoyed excellent conditions for their past three training sessions. Following the training session in Skopje, the Canadian squad boarded the team bus and travelled to Strumica where they will spend the night ahead of the match on Saturday.

\u200bIain Hume and Rob Friend have been welcomed back to squad after missing an extended period of time through injury. Both Hume and Friend will be looking to make their first appearance for Canada in 2009. Jonathan Beaulieu-Bourgault meanwhile, will be looking to make the first senior appearance of his career for Canada.
