Forge FC have earned their second consecutive Concacaf
League Round of 16 berth with a 1:2 defeat of Salvadorian club Municipal Limeño
in San Salvador, El Salvador. Canadian Youth International David Choiniere
scored a first half goal, before second half substitute Anthony Novak scored in
the 83’ with Forge down to 10 men. Forge now travel to Panama to face Tauro FC
on 3 November.

Forge FC went down to 10 men midway through the second half
after Jonathan Grant picked up his second yellow card of the game in the 65’.
Despite being outmanned, the Island Games Champions were the aggressors
and continued pressuring the Limeño goal eventually leading to the Novak goal.

leaders in a three-way tournament along with founding Canadian Premier League
clubs FC Edmonton, and Valour FC, Forge FC fell in the Round of 16 to Club
Deportivo Olimpia of Honduras 4:2 on aggregate.

Forge FC seek to be one of the 6 teams to advance from the
2020 Concacaf League to the 2021 Concacaf Champions League. Forge FC will have
another shot at a Concacaf Champions League spot  when they face Toronto
FC in the 2020 Canadian Championship Final at a date to be determined.
