Born in Summerside, PE, Ch&eacute;nard speaks English, French and Spanish. She was appointed to the FIFA list in 2012. She began refereeing at 13-years-of-age and was appointed to the FIFA list in 2008. It will feature 16 national teams and referees from 28 different countries.
