Costa Rica faces Guatemala in the opening match at 17.00 local (18.00 ET / 15.00 PT) while USA faces Haiti in the second match at 19.30 local (20.30 ET / 17.30 PT). All Group B matches (28 October, 30 October and 1 November) will be played at Estadio Andr&eacute;s Quintana Roo.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bGroup A gets underway on Friday 29 October. Canada faces Trinidad and Tobago at 17.00 local (18.00 ET / 15.00 PT) while host Mexico faces Guyana in the second match at 19.30 local (20.30 ET / 17.30 PT). All Group B matches (29 October, 31 October and 2 November) will be played at Estadio Beto &Aacute;vila.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bThe opening day matches will be broadcast on CONCACAF TV. Canadian Carol Anne Ch&eacute;nard has been appointed as referee for the USA-Haiti match on 28 October. USA is an eight-time CONCACAF champion in women&rsquo;s football.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bAll of Canada&rsquo;s matches will be broadcast on <a href=\"https://canadasoccer.com/news/viewArtical.asp?Press_ID=4526\">CBC, CBCSports.ca and bold</a>. Canada is the only other CONCACAF champion at this level &ndash; a confederation trophy in 1998.
