    "body": "<p>Designated by FIFA&rsquo;s Executive Committee on the proposal of Members of the FIFA, the President of the FIFA or the Confederations, the members of the Legal Committee analyze basic legal issues relating to football and the evolution of the Statutes and regulations of FIFA, the Confederations and Members.</p><p>Montagliani, who was designated for a term of office of four years, joins 11 other members on this committee, which is chaired by &Aacute;ngel Mar&iacute;a villar llona (Spain) and Rafael Salguero (Guatemala).</p><p>Victor Montagliani was elected President of the Canadian Soccer Association in May 2012.
