Canada defeated both Russia (2:1) and Japan (3:0) while the United States&rsquo; youth team defeated Scotland and Nederland. While five nations took senior teams, the United States&rsquo; entered their U-20 team.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bChristine Sinclair was Canada&rsquo;s top scorer with five goals in three matches. Kara Lang, Julie Armstrong and Jonelle Filigno also scored in the competition.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bCanada, whose title sponsor is Winners, is currently preparing for the CONCACAF Women&rsquo;s Olympic Qualification Tournament which runs 2-12 April in M&eacute;xico.
