    "body": "<p>Canada&rsquo;s men&rsquo;s national team enjoyed its first day of training today in Columbus, OH in preparation for this coming Tuesday&rsquo;s CONCACAF Gold Cup match against El Salvador. The team trained at the Obetz Memorial Park in Columbus, the home training grounds of the Major League Soccer champion Columbus Crew.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bBoth Canada and El Salvador have three points in Group A standings after the opening night of action in Los Angeles on 3 July. The Tuesday 7 July match will kick off at 21.00 ET (18.00 PT) at Crew Stadium in Columbus. The Canada-El Salvador match will be broadcast live on Sportsnet East, Sportsnet Ontario and Sportsnet West.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bThe other Tuesday match features Jamaica and Costa Rica. That match will be broadcast live on GolTV.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bIn Sunday night&rsquo;s CONCACAF Gold Cup action (Group C), Mexico won 2:0 over Nicaragua while Guadeloupe won 2:1 over Panama. All 12 teams have now played their opening match at the CONCACAF Gold Cup (there is no action on 6 July).
