The two finalists in the Gold Cup will earn automatic berths while the third place team will face a playoff with a team from Asia for another spot.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bVictoria will host Group B (Canada, Costa Rica, Jamaica and the winner of Haiti-Suriname who will play a two-game playoff beginning September 1) while Group A (USA, Mexico, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago) will compete in Pasadena and Fullerton, California and Seattle, Washington.
