Canada Soccer's Men's U-20 National Team Qualify for 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship

Canada Soccer’s Men’s U-20 National Team (CANM20) have qualified for the 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship after finishing top of Group F at the 2026 Concacaf U-20 Qualifiers in Managua, Nicaragua.
Canada posted three wins from four matches to secure first place and advance to the final tournament this summer, which will take place in July and August 2026. The team finished the group stage with a +23 goal difference, scoring 24 goals and conceding just once.
CANM20 opened the tournament with a 14–0 victory over U.S. Virgin Islands on 26 February, followed by an 8–0 win against Martinique on 28 February. Canada then defeated Aruba 2–0 on 2 March before concluding the group stage with a 1–0 loss against hosts Nicaragua.
The 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship will feature the six top-ranked nations in the region alongside the six group winners from the qualifiers. The tournament will determine Concacaf’s representatives for the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup™ in Azerbaijan as well as the 2028 Summer Olympics™ Men’s Football Tournament in Los Angeles.
