As part of Canada Soccer’s Youth Competitions Network, the 2026 PDP Championship will bring together 32 qualified teams in four divisions for boys and girls in the U-17 and U-15 age divisions.

Now in its third year, the PDP Championship features 248 youth teams competing in the four divisions across four standards-based leagues: the BC Soccer Premier League (BCSPL), the Alberta Player Development League (APDL), the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL), and the Québec Premier Youth League (PLSJQ).

Alongside the 32 qualified youth teams, the 2026 PDP Championship will feature some of Canada Soccer’s best young referees from the Elite Referee Development Program. With 64 matches across the four divisions, the referees will be working alongside top referee prospects from the host province Soccer Québec.

Canada Soccer’s Player-Development Program features a network of standards-based programs that represent high-level amateur youth soccer in Canada.
