Canada Soccer has opened a call for nominations ahead of its 2023 Annual Meeting of the Members to fill roles on its Board of Directors beginning in May 2023.The roles are for

Canada Soccer has opened a call for nominations ahead of its 2023 Annual Meeting of the Members to fill roles on its Board of Directors beginning in May 2023.

The roles are for

  • Three (3) Elected Director positions (Manitoba/Saskatchewan/Nunavut and Ontario – three-year terms and Alberta/Northwest Territories – two-year term), and
  • Two (2) Independent Directors (three-year terms).

The Nominations Committee is seeking qualified candidates to play a leadership role in the stewardship of Canada Soccer in pursuit of its Mission to ‘provide leadership in the pursuit of excellence in soccer, nationally and internationally, in cooperation with its members and stakeholders.’

Qualified candidates will possess the competencies and/or expertise necessary to provide leading-edge governance and to further the vision and priorities of Canada Soccer’s Strategic Plan, leading to a legacy of success.

Candidates should complete and submit the required documentation
found under “Nominations Committee” at migmultidev-canada-soccer.pantheonsite.io/about-landing-page/about-resources
no later than 16.00 ET /13.00 PT on Friday 3 March.
