Canada Soccer has opened registration for its 2023 Advanced Coach Education Program. Candidates are required to hold a Canada Soccer C Diploma at minimum to be eligible for the Advanced Coach Education Program courses. The 2023 Coach Education Program is delivered through a combination of in person training (classroom and field), independent (asynchronous) and collaborative (synchronous) online learning, and mentor supported collaborative group learning.

The application window for the Advanced Coach Education Program is open until 30 November 2023.

Canada Soccer’s Coach Education Program consists of the Grassroots Coach Education Program that trains coaches as having completed the age and stage appropriate workshops for the players they’re working with and the Canada Soccer Advanced Coach Education Program that provides coaches with the Canada Soccer Children’s, Youth, Youth – Goalkeeping, C, B, and A Diploma award at the completion of their training.

Canada Soccer is responsible for the development of curriculum and diploma streams for coaches from grassroots to professional and National Team environments. For more information on the Canada Soccer Coach Education Program, please visit: migmultidev-canada-soccer.pantheonsite.io/coach.
