Canada has a busy schedule leading up to Stage II of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa(tm) Qualifers. The team will group in the United States in late May before friendly matches on 31 May in Seattle (against Brasil) and 4 June in Fort Lauderdale (against Panama).

Canada then opens its 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa(tm) Qualifers with a two-match set against Saint Vincent & the Grenadines. Canada plays in Kingstown on 15 June and then at home in Montréal, QC on 20 June.

There is plenty of excitement surrounding Canada’s 2010 team as it looks to return to the global stage for the first time in 24 years. Canada is looking for a sea of red support at the new Stade Saputo for the 20 June match. Should Canada win the two-game set, it will advance to Stage III which is played August-November 2008 (three home games and three away games).
