Kickoff has been scheduled for 7pm PT.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bThe second will be played on March 4, 2006 at Centennial Stadium on the campus of the University of Victoria in Victoria, BC. Kickoff time has been set for 1pm PT. Holland is a team we tied in Europe last summer and their program has shown steady progress over the last few years.\u0094<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bWhile Canada will look to use it&rsquo;s second two-game series in just under a month to build towards their qualifying tournament in late 2006, the Dutch are presently entangled in a dog-fight for a place in the World Cup in China next summer.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bEngland currently sits atop UEFA&rsquo;s Group 5 with maximum points from three qualifying games \u0096 their last victory, a 1-0 win on November 26, 2005, came at the expense of the Dutch.<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200b<br>\u200bHolland and France are deadlocked in second place on six points after three matches but the Dutch hold a slight edge after they started the qualifying round in the best possible way, defeating the French women 1-0 in Angers, France on September 24, 2005.
