    "body": "<p>After a1:1draw at BMO Field in Toronto, Canada and Jamaica are tied in second place in CONCACAF Group 2 on the road to the 2010 FIFA World Cup\u0099. Each team picked up a single point in the 20 August match.</p><p>Mexico, meanwhile, is in first place with three points after a 2:1 victory over Honduras at the Estadio Azteca. Honduras was up 1-0 before Pavel Pardo scored a pair of goals in two minutes.</p><p>Canada (0-1-0) will face Honduras (0-0-1) in its next match on 6 September at Stade Saputo in Montr&eacute;al. Mexico (1-0-0) will face Jamaica (0-1-0) in Kingston, Jamaica on the same evening.</p><p>Honduras reached CONCACAF Stage III by eliminating Puerto Rico (4:0 win and 2:2 draw). Canada, of course, reached CONCACAF Stage III after back-to-back wins over Saint Vincent &amp; the Grenadines in June (3:0 and 4:1).</p><p>CONCACAF Stage III of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa\u0099 Qualifiers runs 20 August to 19 November. The top-two teams in each group (three groups) advance to the CONCACAF final stage in 2009.
