Canada’s men’s national team enjoyed a second day of training in Alliston, ON this Tuesday morning at the Nottawasaga Inn. The team trained for 90-plus minutes before the lunch hour at the all-in-one location just north of Toronto. The 30 August session was part of the team’s preparations for the Friday 2 September FIFA World Cup Qualifiers\u0099 match at BMO Field in downtown Toronto.

\u200bPlayers and staff met with the fans, local coaches and media that were on hand to watch the training session. Representatives from the team’s official kit supplier Umbro were also in attendance for a second day in a row.

\u200bThe Canadian team will have one more day of training in Alliston on Wednesday 31 August. The session is again open to fans, coaches and media alike with a 10.30 ET start. The team then travels down to the Intercontinental Bloor where it will be welcomed at the Official Welcome Press Conference in the hotel’s Barclay Room. The event will also serve as the official media accreditation pick up location in advance of the Friday night match (badge distribution begins at 15.00 ET in advance of the press conference).

\u200bFans can purchase tickets to the Friday FIFA World Cup Qualifiers match for as little as $20. Tickets are available via Ticketmaster (Ticketmaster.ca / 1-855-985-5000). It should also be noted that purchased tickets to the 2 September Canada match include free entrance to the Canadian National Exhibition (starting that morning at 10.00 ET). Without a ticket, fans that pay entrance to CNE can purchase a $25 match ticket for just $9 that evening (kick off at 20.00 ET).
