    "body": "<p>Canada&rsquo;s women&rsquo;s national team announced its roster for the upcoming camp and international match in China. The staff and players depart this weekend for Chongqing, China where they will train throughout the week in advance of the 24 April international friendly match against China.<br>\u200b<br>\u200bCoach Morace and her staff have selected 22 players for the camp which runs 18-25 April. A few players were unavailable because of injury while a few other players will join the camp one or two days in because of club commitments.<br>\u200b<br>\u200bComing up to the senior level for the first time are youngsters Cynthia Leblanc, Alysha Bonnick, Vanessa Legault-Cordisco, and Brooke McCalla.<br>\u200b<br>\u200bThe 24 April match will be Canada&rsquo;s first match against China under the guidance of national head coach Carolina Morace. Already this year, Canada has won five consecutive international matches, including a 1:0 victory over New Zealand in the 2010 Cyprus Women&rsquo;s Cup final.<br>\u200b<br>\u200bCanada, whose title sponsor is Winners and whose presenting partner is Teck, is currently preparing for the 2010 CONCACAF Women&rsquo;s Gold Cup. The dates and venue for the CONCACAF Women&rsquo;s Gold Cup have yet to be announced, however it is expected to be played in late October and early November.
